Terms and Conditions

1. Services:

By booking services with Pooch and Pals Pet Care, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Our services may include, but are not limited to dog walking, pet sitting, feeding, and other pet care services.

2. Booking and Payment:

- All services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

- Payment details are due before the time of service. We accept various payment methods as outlined on our website.

3. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations should be made at least 16 hours prior to the scheduled service (excluding overnight stays).

- Cancellations for overnight stays should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

- Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee

4. Client Responsibilities:

- As the client, you are responsible for providing all necessary pet care supplies.

- It is your responsibility to share essential information about your pet's health, behaviour, and any special instructions.

5. Pet Requirements:

- Your pet(s) should meet all health, vaccination, and licensing requirements as mandated by local laws.

- If your pet has a history of aggressive behaviour, please inform us.

6. Weather Conditions:

- In the event of thunder or lightning, we will reschedule any outdoor bookings (private walks and adventure walks) at no cost, to ensure the comfort of your pet.

- If the weather is above 30°C, for the safety and comfort of your dogs we will not conduct any outdoor activities and therefore walks booked during this time will either be rescheduled or refunded fully.

6. Emergency Procedures:

- In the event of a pet illness, accident, or other emergencies, we will contact you as soon as possible.

- In cases of immediate danger to your pet, we will seek emergency veterinary care, and you will be responsible for any related costs.

7. Liability and Insurance:

- While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety, Pooch and Pals Pet Care is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost pets.

- We carry insurance coverage for the services we provide.

8. Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is not shared with third parties.

9. Termination of Services:

We reserve the right to terminate services for any client under circumstances outlined in our policies.

10. Use of Images:

Pooch and Pals Pet Care may take photos of your pets during services. By booking with us, you agree that we can use these photos for promotional purposes.

11. Agreement:

By booking services with Pooch and Pals Pet Care, you agree to these terms and conditions.

13. Changes to Terms:

Pooch and Pals Pet Care may update or modify these terms and conditions. You will be notified of any changes.
