1. What services does Pooch and Pals Pet Care offer?
Pooch and Pals Pet Care offers a range of services, including dog walking, adventure walks, overnight pet sitting, daily visits and feeding, and more!
Group walks and “Doggy Days Out” will be coming soon - keep an eye out!
2. Can you provide services not listed on your page?
Absolutely! Our goal is to help create the best care for each pet and their owners - if you have specific needs that are outside of our basic services contact us and we can personalise services to best suit you and your furbabies!
3. What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the Northern Suburbs of Perth, including areas like Butler, Alkimos, Yanchep, and surrounding neighbourhoods.
4. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are a fully licensed and insured pet care service. Your pet's safety and well-being are our top priorities.
5. How do I schedule a service with Pooch and Pals Pet Care?
Scheduling a service is easy! Visit our website and click on the "Book Now" button. You can select the service you need, check our availability, and book the service at a time that suits your schedule.
6. What are your rates for services?
Our rates vary depending on the type and duration of the service. You can find detailed pricing information on our website or by contacting us directly.
Services and Pet Care
7. What is included in a typical “Overnight Stay” service?
Our overnight stays include feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning up after your pet, and spending quality time with them. We can also administer medications if needed. Walks are not guaranteed, but we try our best!
To guarantee 30 minute walks daily, opt-in for the $25 additional fee.
8. I have 2 dogs, can you walk them together?
If you have multiple pets that like to be walked together, we can definitely do that for an additional charge of $25
9. What is included in an Adventure Walk?
Our adventure walks typically last 3 to 4 hours and include pick-up and drop-off at your pet's home. During the walk, we explore various trails, parks, beaches, and other dog-friendly areas for a fun-filled adventure! For a preview of some of our trails look here
10. Do my dogs go off-lead on walks?
Depending on the dog's behaviour and the area's regulations, we may allow dogs to go off-leash for extra freedom. However, we always bring along long lines to ensure their safety, especially for dogs not ready to be off-lead.
11. Do you offer group dog walking services?
While we currently offer individual (household) dog walking services, we have plans to introduce group dog walking in the near future. Keep an eye on our website for updates!
12. Can you accommodate special dietary needs for my pet?
Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements your pet may have. Just let us know when you schedule the service.
13. What happens if my pet has a medical emergency while in your care?
Your pet's safety is our top priority. While we are First Aid certified, in the event of a medical emergency, we will take immediate action to seek veterinary care and notify you.
14. How can I contact you in case of an emergency or last-minute booking?
For emergencies or last-minute bookings, you can reach us at 0435 915 432. We'll do our best to assist you promptly.
Billing and Payment
15. What payment methods do you accept?
When booking through our online system, we accept various credit and debit card options.
We can also book for you and send you an invoice where you will be prompted to our direct debit payment information
16. Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we have a cancellation policy in place. We require at least 48 hours notice for overnight stay cancellations, and 16 hours notice for all other services. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details on our cancellation policy.
